Working hand in hand with receivers, RDNNR wasted no time in collaborating with our team of architects and structural engineers. Together, we set out to remodel the property, securing planning permission to preserve it as two separate dwellings.
But our journey didn’t end there. With determination driving us forward, we successfully obtained full planning consent to convert the property into a C4 ‘sui generis’ HMO classification.
