I had stayed for 8 months and I can say that the house was incredibly well managed. It was great to have a tidy and comfortable space to come back to every day. All household essentials were there and everything was new when I first moved in.
The honesty regarding deposit was something I highly value. No hidden costs or extra charges and I was able to get it all back once I moved out of the place and the room was inspected.
Communication with the landlord was seriously commendable. Any queries or issues were swiftly addressed and resolved and going extra mile for the tenants to live comfortably.
